How the VC Pharmacy patient pathway works
VC Pharmacy uses a patient registration and pharmacy review process before patient account access. This helps our pharmacy team understand your details and provide appropriate support for smoking cessation or nicotine dependence enquiries.
- Create your patient account. Register online and provide the requested details.
- Pharmacy review. Our pharmacy team reviews your registration and may contact you if more information is required.
- Account activation. If your registration is approved, you will receive instructions to access your patient account.
- Ongoing support. Existing patients can contact the pharmacy for account, document, delivery, and order questions.
Submitting a registration does not guarantee supply. Public product listings are not available to guests.
