What happens after I register?

Our pharmacy team reviews your details and may contact you if more information is required. If approved, you will receive instructions for account access.

Can I browse products before approval?

No. Public product listings are unavailable. Product browsing and ordering are limited to the patient account pathway.

Can I use an existing prescription?

Contact VC Pharmacy or use the patient workflow so the team can advise what information is required.

What if my registration is not approved?

The pharmacy team can explain next steps where appropriate. Registration does not guarantee supply.
